At Selecha’ Luxe Boutique, we are committed to delivering quality and care with every order. At this time, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.

Exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo proof at: jazzitup.dajazzy1@gmail.com

If your exchange is approved: Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition

A tracking number is required for all returns

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

No exchanges on bodysuits, undergarments, or mesh items

Items must be returned within 5 days of approval

Please allow 7–14 business days for exchange processing, excluding shipping time.
